About this strategy

Holds 15 large US companies and steps aside into the S&P 500 for a day whenever one of them reports earnings.

How it works

  1. Agent triggers

Runs daily at 3:30 PM Eastern Time. It checks whether any owned stock is reporting earnings that session.

  2. Computes its signals

It simply asks if a company in its equal-weight basket is scheduled to report earnings. If yes, it holds shares in the index instead of the individual name.

  3. Sets the target portfolio

The target portfolio consists of an equal-weight basket of fifteen large US companies. When a company reports earnings, its weight rolls into a broad S&P 500 ETF for about a day before returning.

  4. Executes orders

Your account trades toward that target, sells before buys, inside the platform's risk rails: stop-loss and daily loss limits you control.
