About this strategy
Cross-references consecutive quarterly SEC 13F filings from a curated set of institutional managers. Buys large-cap names that two or more of them are newly accumulating and that still lag the S&P 500 since the filing went public, sized by conviction across up to twelve positions.
How it works
- Agent triggers
Triggered weekly on Mondays at 10:45 AM. It checks the latest 13F filings for a set of managers, ready to act on new opportunities.
- Computes its signals
It identifies stocks meeting accumulation criteria by evaluating two recent 13F filings from a curated basket of managers. The focus is on stocks trailing the S&P 500, ensuring only relevant names are considered.
- Sets the target portfolio
The output consists of a target mix of up to twelve positions, sized based on the dollar value of accumulation. No single position exceeds 40%, rolling off older names to refresh the mix as needed.
- Executes orders
Your account trades toward the target mix, selling before buying and adhering to the platform's risk rails: stop-loss and daily loss limits you set.
