Delete your account & data

In short. You can delete your Raijin account and its associated personal data at any time — from the mobile app in a few taps, or by emailing us. This page explains both methods, what is deleted, and what we are legally required to retain. Raijin is operated by Raijin AI, Inc. (app package com.raijinai.app).

Option 1 — Delete in the mobile app (fastest)

  1. Open the Raijin app on iOS or Android and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Open Account settings.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm when prompted. Your account and personal data are removed immediately, subject to the retained-records note below.

Deletion is handled in the mobile app. If you use Raijin on the web, use Option 2 below and we will close your account for you.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@raijinai.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account and data.” We verify ownership of the account and complete the deletion within 30 days, and typically much sooner.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we:

  • Cancel any active subscription.
  • Stop and remove your trading agents.
  • Disconnect your linked brokerage connections and scrub the stored authorization tokens.
  • Remove your login (email and phone) so it can no longer be used to sign in.
  • Anonymize the personal information in your profile — your name, username, profile photo, contact details, and investment profile.
  • Delete your app activity and AI chat history that is not part of a required financial record.

What we’re required to retain

Raijin AI, Inc. is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (CRD #342079). As such, we are required by the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 to keep certain books and records — including records of your account, transactions, and advisory relationship — for the periods the law mandates (generally at least five years). Because of these obligations, some financial and account records cannot be deleted on request and are retained in anonymized form, disassociated from your identity, for as long as the law requires. We do not use retained records for any purpose other than legal and regulatory compliance.

Timing

In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days of our verifying that the request comes from the account owner. Backups that may still contain your data are rotated out of our systems within 90 days.
